Summer Interns 2026 - Roland Berger

Roland Berger Summer Interns are assigned to a working project from day one and have direct contact with clients. As part of a case team, you'll support senior consultants in structuring problems, conducting research and analysis, and developing recommendations across strategy, operations, and transformation engagements. Roland Berger offers hands-on consulting experience, mentorship, and exposure to European and US clients. Due to current visa requirements, sponsorship for undergraduate candidates is not available.
