West Monroe's Summer Consulting Internship offers a 10-week immersive experience across the firm's practices spanning technology, operations, M&A, and customer strategy. Interns work on real client engagements alongside West Monroe consultants, receive formal training, and are mentored by senior leaders. Interns must work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer and be in a West Monroe office at least two days a week. Interns are expected to relocate to the offer location. Many interns receive full-time Senior Consultant offers upon graduation.
