2026 U.S. Summer Program - Summer Associate

Davis Polk's 2026 U.S. Summer Associate Program integrates summer associates into existing teams and cases, where they work on amicus briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court, trials, and transactions and advice for nonprofits and small businesses. Through Davis Polk's Summer Coordinators, the firm offers an open and flexible assignment system. The firm offers over 25 practice overview and professional development sessions, a multiday Corporate Immersion program, and in New York, select two-week externships at local public interest organizations.
