2026 Undergrad Software Engineering Intern/Co-op

AMD is hiring 2026 Undergrad Software Engineering Interns/Co-ops across multiple US locations. As an AMD intern you will join the team building industry-leading CPU, GPU, and adaptive-computing platforms. Projects span driver development, firmware, AI software (ROCm), developer tools, and cloud/enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities include writing production C, C++, or Python code; collaborating with senior engineers on architecture and performance; running tests and analyzing results. Requirements: pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field; graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2028; proficiency in C/C++ or Python; knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and operating systems; familiarity with Linux a plus. Paid internship with housing support at AMD sites including Santa Clara, Austin, Boxborough, and San Jose.
