Target's Finance Leadership Program Internship is a 10-week program based at our Minneapolis HQ. Interns join FP&A, Merchandising Finance, Stores Finance, or Supply Chain Finance teams to own real analyses influencing category, marketing, or operations decisions. Includes structured training, mentorship from Directors and VPs, and conversion path into the full-time Finance Leadership Program.
