Trader Intern - Summer 2026 Austin

Optiver's Trader Intern program in Austin is a 10-week immersive experience where interns learn the fundamentals of market making at a top global trading firm. The program combines classroom-style training in probability, game theory, and options pricing with hands-on trading simulations and shadowing experienced traders. Interns are evaluated on quick decision-making under pressure and analytical rigor. We welcome penultimate-year students from any quantitative major. Top performers are offered full-time Trader positions starting summer 2027.
