Latham & Watkins 2026 Summer Associate Program

Latham & Watkins' 2026 Summer Associate Program spans the firm's U.S. offices including New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Austin and San Diego. Summer associates engage in substantive transactional and litigation work across the firm's global practice groups, receive extensive training and feedback, and participate in pro bono matters. The program runs approximately 10-12 weeks. Weekly salary is approximately $4,615. 2L recruiting followed OCI/pre-OCI timelines and the firm runs a 1L Diversity Scholars Program.
