2026 Summer Associate Program

Paul, Weiss's 2026 Summer Associate Program in New York, Washington D.C., Wilmington, San Francisco and Los Angeles offers 2Ls a full-spectrum view of the firm's corporate and litigation practices. Summer associates take ownership of research, drafting, and deal/case support; attend court and client meetings; and can rotate through specialty groups including restructuring, tax, antitrust and white-collar. The firm provides weekly market-rate pay, a robust mentorship structure, and award-winning pro bono opportunities. 2L applications for the Summer 2026 class closed in fall 2025.
