Covington's 2026 Summer Associate Program takes place in the firm's Washington D.C., New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, and Boston offices. Summer associates are given substantive assignments across the firm's regulatory (FDA, national security, data privacy), litigation, corporate, and public policy practices, and are offered pro bono work and partner mentorship. The program is 10 weeks and pays at market rate. Summer 2026 applications are closed.
