Center for Constitutional Rights Summer 2026 Legal Intern

The Center for Constitutional Rights offers summer legal internships for law students at its New York office. Interns work alongside CCR attorneys on impact litigation and advocacy in areas including racial justice, government misconduct, international human rights (including Guantanamo detainee representation), mass incarceration, and movement lawyering. Interns conduct legal research, draft memoranda and sections of briefs, assist with client communications, and support case investigation. The internship is 10 weeks full-time; funding is typically through law school public interest programs. Applications closed in early 2026.
