2026 US Summer Internship - Inclusive Growth

Activision Blizzard is hiring an Inclusive Growth Summer Intern in Santa Monica, CA for its 2026 US Summer Internship Program. The Inclusive Growth team is responsible for building programs that expand player and employee communities, including partnerships, community investment, and culture work. Responsibilities include supporting program management for inclusive growth initiatives, coordinating events and community programming, drafting internal and external communications, tracking metrics on program outcomes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, HR, and studios. Qualifications include current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program (rising junior, senior, or graduate student preferred); strong writing and organizational skills; experience leading student organizations or community-building programs; and passion for gaming and inclusion. The 12-week internship is paid and in-person.
