EX - UX Research Internship - Summer 2026

ServiceNow's Employee Experience (EX) team is hiring a UX Research Intern for Summer 2026 in San Diego. You will partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and run user research studies that inform the future of employee-facing workflows. Responsibilities include designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and presenting recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. Qualifications: Pursuing a Master's or PhD in HCI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Anthropology, or related field; experience with research methods such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and diary studies; strong communication and storytelling skills.
