Mars Wrigley R&D is hiring food-science undergraduates and graduate students for a 12-week internship at our Global Innovation Center in Hackettstown. Interns formulate confectionery and gum prototypes, run shelf-life and sensory testing, and partner with process engineers scaling recipes from bench to pilot line. Project examples include sugar-reduction, clean-label ingredient swaps, and novel texture development. Strong technical mentorship and exposure to Mars's global R&D network.
