Wegmans' Store Leadership internship is a 10-week paid program designed to train future store managers. Interns rotate through front-end, perishables (Produce, Seafood, Deli, Bakery), and in-store restaurant operations at one of our 100+ stores. You'll partner with department managers, lead a merchandising or service-improvement project, and present results to store leadership. Strong performers are invited into our full-time Store Leadership Development program.
