Electrical Engineering Intern - Summer 2026

BAE Systems seeks Electrical Engineering Interns to support our FAST Labs research organization in Burlington, MA. Projects span RF/microwave design, mixed-signal circuit analysis, and FPGA firmware development for defense sensor programs. Candidates should have coursework in signals and systems, digital logic, and experience with tools like ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, or Vivado. US citizenship required and must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. 10-week paid position with exposure to advanced R&D, project presentations, and technical mentorship.
