Burns & McDonnell Summer Intern - Aviation & Federal

Burns & McDonnell is hiring Summer Engineering Interns to support aviation, federal, and defense infrastructure projects including airfield design, hangars, and secure facilities. Interns work alongside project engineers in civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines producing calculations, CAD drawings, specifications, and construction support documents. The 12-week program is based at the Kansas City headquarters and regional offices in Denver, Houston, and Atlanta. Includes training, mentoring, and a project presentation. Paid with housing assistance. Open to rising juniors/seniors in engineering majors; U.S. citizenship required for federal projects.
