Russell Reynolds Associates' Summer Associate program is a 10-week paid internship for first-year MBA students working on executive search and leadership assessment engagements. Interns support market research, candidate sourcing, interview notes synthesis, and board and CEO advisory deliverables across consumer, financial services, healthcare, and industrial practices.
