Intern, Development - New York

Prologis is seeking a Summer 2026 Development Intern based in New York to support the Northeast Development team on logistics projects across the region. The intern will assist with site selection and due diligence, entitlement tracking, construction cost analysis, pro forma modeling, and lease-up strategy for Class A industrial developments. This role offers direct exposure to the full development lifecycle from land acquisition through delivery and stabilization, working alongside development managers and investment officers.
