Related Companies 2026 Summer Analyst Program

The Related Companies Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week immersive experience for rising juniors and seniors interested in real estate development, investment, and fund management. Analysts are placed within business units including Development, Acquisitions, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Affordable Housing. On-site training and orientation is held during the first week at Related's NYC headquarters. Each Analyst undergoes a thorough performance review process including independent financial modeling practice, a mid-point evaluation, and a final case study presentation or capstone project. Case studies and modeling assessments are incorporated into the interview process.
