As a Real Estate Investments Summer Intern at Welltower, you'll dive head-first into underwriting, asset management, management services, and development, gaining hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle. Welltower Inc. (NYSE: WELL) is an S&P 500 company and the world's preeminent residential wellness and healthcare infrastructure company with a portfolio of 1,500+ Seniors and Wellness Housing communities. Interns are immersed in high-priority work from day one, collaborate directly with teams to evaluate opportunities and design solutions, and have direct access to senior leadership. The 10-week program includes capstone projects and executive mentorship.
