PGIM Real Estate's 2026 Summer Investment Analyst Program (Equity) is a 10-week internship running June 1 - August 7, 2026 supporting the asset management team overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate equity assets including pre-development and development stages. PGIM manages $210B AUM globally. Responsibilities include cash flow modeling, hold/sell analysis, property and market research, preparation of quarterly investor reports, and capital plan review.
