Nuveen offers a 10-week Summer 2026 internship to gain hands-on experience in real estate investment management and cross-functional business exposure. Interns work with real estate investment management teams across Product and Solutions, Research, Asset Management, and Transactions. Candidates will attend meetings, deliver presentations, explore business-specific tasks, and work closely with cross-functional groups. Locations include New York City, Charlotte, and Newport Beach. Eligible interns may receive full-time offers to the Analyst Rotational Program. Nuveen is TIAA's investment manager with $1.2T AUM.
