Starwood Capital Group 2026 Capital Markets Summer Analyst

Starwood Capital's 2026 Capital Markets Summer Analyst Program is a 9-week internship on the in-house debt team that sources financing for investments being acquired by Starwood's private equity vehicles. Acting as a borrower, the team sources financing from foreign and domestic balance sheet lenders, CMBS lenders, mezzanine lenders, and other debt investors. Analysts support cash-flow modeling, term-sheet negotiation, sensitivity analysis, and loan-closing due diligence. Participate in specialized trainings and a mentorship-driven program. Based in Miami Beach/Greenwich with exposure to senior leadership.
