Invitation Homes Corporate Development & FP&A Intern 2026

Invitation Homes is hiring a 2026 Corporate Development & FP&A Intern based in the Dallas corporate office. The 10-week immersive program provides hands-on experience working on complex, real-world transactions and strategic initiatives at the nation's largest single-family rental REIT. Interns build and refine financial models for live transactions and strategic projects including accretion/dilution analysis, DCF valuation, NAV modeling, real estate underwriting, and return profile assessments. Candidates should be seniors (Class of 2026) pursuing Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or Engineering. High-performing interns may transition to a Full-Time Analyst role.
