AT&T Technology Development Program - Summer Intern 2026

AT&T's Technology Development Program (TDP) Summer Internship is a 10-12 week paid program for top undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, or cloud engineering. Interns rotate through a dedicated TDP team and contribute to transformation initiatives that power AT&T's fiber, 5G wireless, and DIRECTV streaming platforms. Responsibilities include writing production code in Java, Python, or JavaScript; building APIs and microservices deployed to Azure and GCP; collaborating with data engineers on analytics pipelines; and presenting capstone outcomes to senior leadership. Minimum qualifications: currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related technical field; minimum 3.0 GPA; graduation between December 2026 and May 2028. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Full-time offer potential upon graduation into AT&T's 2-year TDP rotational track.
