AT&T Finance Leadership Development Program Intern - Summer 2026

AT&T's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Internship offers rising seniors a 10-week Summer 2026 experience at the intersection of telecom, media, and finance. Interns are placed in one of several finance verticals - FP&A, Treasury, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, or Controllership - and contribute to real projects such as budget variance analysis, capital allocation modeling, M&A due diligence, and management reporting automation. You will build financial models in Excel, analyze large datasets in SQL and Power BI, and present to senior finance leadership. Qualifications: currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Analytics with a graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027; 3.2+ GPA; strong Excel skills.
