Spectrum Software Engineer Internship - Summer 2026

Spectrum (Charter Communications) invites software engineering students to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program and help build the digital tools behind America's fastest-growing cable, broadband, and mobile provider. Interns are placed on product or platform teams working on Spectrum.net, My Spectrum App, video streaming, advertising tech, or network operations software. You'll write production-quality code in Java, Python, or JavaScript, contribute to microservices deployed on Kubernetes, and work with engineers on architecture, testing, and release. The 10-week program includes an executive speaker series, a community service day, and a capstone presentation. Qualifications: currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related; graduation between December 2026 and May 2028; minimum 3.0 GPA; coursework in data structures, algorithms, and one OOP language. Paid program with housing for non-local interns; offices in Stamford CT, Denver CO, St. Louis MO, and Charlotte NC.
