DISH Network Wireless Engineering Intern - Summer 2026

DISH Wireless is building the nation's first cloud-native, Open RAN 5G network, and we're hiring Wireless Engineering Interns for Summer 2026 to help us scale it. You will work alongside RF engineers, RAN software engineers, and core network architects on real deployment projects - analyzing network KPIs, tuning radio parameters, contributing to automation for thousands of cell sites, or supporting core network validation in AWS. The 12-week paid internship includes mentor pairing, weekly technical deep dives, and a capstone project. Minimum qualifications: currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecom, Computer Science, or related STEM field; graduation between December 2026 and August 2028; coursework in wireless comms, networking, or signal processing; strong programming skills in Python or C++. Onsite/hybrid at DISH's Littleton, CO HQ.
