XPO, a leading North American less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier, is hiring Operations Interns for Summer 2026. Based at one of our 290+ service centers or our Greenwich, CT HQ, you will work alongside terminal managers and operations leaders on dock productivity, linehaul routing, driver scheduling, and safety programs. Interns lead a capstone project with a quantified P&L impact and present recommendations to senior operations leadership. 10-week paid program includes classroom training on LTL economics, ride-alongs, and dock observations. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Transportation; graduation December 2026 - May 2028; 3.0+ GPA; willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
