Ryder Logistics Leadership Intern - Summer 2026

Ryder is hiring Logistics Leadership Interns for Summer 2026 across our Supply Chain Solutions, Dedicated Transportation, and Fleet Management divisions. Placed at Ryder corporate in Miami or at an operating facility, you will partner with site managers on operational excellence projects covering warehouse productivity, transportation routing, maintenance optimization, or safety. You'll analyze data in Excel, Tableau, or SQL, present findings to site leadership, and complete a capstone with quantified recommendations. 10-12 week paid program, 40 hours per week, with exposure to Ryder's COO and SVP of Supply Chain. Qualifications: currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related; expected graduation December 2026 - May 2028; 3.0+ GPA.
