Southwest Airlines Technology Internship - Summer 2026

Southwest Airlines is hiring Technology Interns for Summer 2026 at our Dallas Love Field headquarters. Interns join teams across application development, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure that power Southwest.com, the Southwest mobile app, and the operations technology behind 4,000+ daily flights. Projects include shipping full-stack features, building ML pipelines on GCP, improving security posture, or modernizing mainframe operations platforms. 10-week paid internship with structured mentorship, weekly lunch-and-learns with SVPs, a community service day, and flight privileges. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related; graduation December 2026 - August 2028; 3.0+ GPA. Hybrid in Dallas, TX.
