Royal Caribbean Group Summer Internship 2026

Royal Caribbean Group is hiring Summer Interns for 2026 at our Miami, FL headquarters across Finance, Revenue Management, Marine Operations, Information Technology, Hotel Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Interns support real business projects across Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea - from pricing and yield optimization, to fleet fuel analytics, to digital guest experience prototyping. 10-week paid program includes a ship visit at PortMiami, weekly executive speakers, mentor pairing, and a capstone presentation to senior leadership. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree; graduation December 2026 - August 2028; 3.2+ GPA; strong Excel and analytical skills; willing to work onsite in Miami. Housing stipend available for non-local interns.
