CSX Management Intern - Summer 2026

CSX is hiring Management Interns for Summer 2026 at our Jacksonville, FL headquarters and at field operations across our 20,000-mile Eastern U.S. network. Functional tracks include Operations, Engineering, Mechanical, Network Operations, Finance, and Technology. Typical intern projects include analyzing locomotive reliability, optimizing train operations plans, supporting FP&A for Merchandise and Coal business units, or prototyping technology for crew callouts and train dispatch. 10-week paid program includes field visits (e.g., a hump yard tour), mentor pairing with senior leaders, and a capstone. Qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's with expected graduation December 2026 - May 2028; 3.0+ GPA; willingness to relocate. Housing stipend provided.
