2026 Summer Analyst - Commercial Banking

M&T Bank's 2026 Commercial Banking Summer Analyst program is a 10-week rotational internship based in Buffalo, NY and Baltimore, MD. Summer Analysts support the Commercial Banking group, working with relationship managers and credit underwriters on middle-market, corporate, and specialty lending deals. Responsibilities include building financial models, drafting credit memos, conducting industry and borrower research, and participating in client meetings. Interns attend M&T's proprietary credit training, networking events with senior leaders, and present a final capstone project. Target candidates are rising seniors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative field with a 3.3+ GPA.
