2026 Summer Analyst - Citizens JMP Investment Banking

Citizens JMP's 2026 Investment Banking Summer Analyst Program is a highly selective 10-week program in San Francisco and New York. Summer Analysts work on live M&A, IPO, and capital markets transactions across Technology, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Responsibilities include financial modeling (LBO, DCF, merger), pitch book creation, comparable company and precedent transaction analysis, and due diligence. Interns receive formal accounting and modeling training, mentorship from senior bankers, and are evaluated for return offers into the full-time Analyst class. GPA 3.5+ and prior finance experience strongly preferred.
