Discover's 2026 Summer Finance Internship is a 10-week program for rising seniors majoring in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Interns are placed in one of Discover's finance teams including Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, FP&A, or Internal Audit, where they contribute to forecasting, capital planning, performance reporting, and strategic projects. The program includes Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) shadowing, CFO speaker series, and a capstone presentation. Top interns are offered FLDP full-time spots. Minimum 3.3 GPA, strong Excel, and excellent communication skills required.
