Synchrony's 2026 Business Leadership Program (BLP) Summer Internship is a 10-week paid program based in Stamford, CT and Charlotte, NC. Interns are placed on cross-functional teams supporting Synchrony's retail, payments, and consumer financing businesses, working on marketing analytics, product strategy, operations, or risk. Program includes formal business training, senior executive speaker series, community impact days, and a final project presented to BLP leadership. Target candidates are rising seniors in Business, Economics, Finance, or Analytics with 3.3+ GPA and strong leadership experience. Successful interns receive full-time BLP offers.
