Brain-Computer Interface Software Intern - Summer 2026

Neuralink is hiring a Summer 2026 Brain-Computer Interface Software Intern in Fremont, CA to develop software that enables humans with paralysis to control computers and devices using neural activity. Projects may include neural decoding algorithms, signal processing pipelines, user-facing applications for clinical-trial participants, or firmware for the N1 implant. Expect production C++, Python, or TypeScript, close collaboration with neuroscientists and clinicians, and exposure to real patient data under clinical protocols. Qualifications: pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in CS, ECE, or Neuroengineering; strong programming; coursework in signal processing, ML, or neuroscience. US person required.
