ACF Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation Summer 2026 Research Intern

The Administration for Children and Families' OPRE is hiring a Summer 2026 research intern to support rigorous evaluations of TANF, Head Start, and child welfare programs. Interns will clean administrative datasets, run descriptive analyses in R or Stata, conduct literature reviews on early childhood outcomes and two-generation approaches, and help draft research briefs. Paid. Hybrid in Washington, DC. Preferred coursework: public policy, economics, developmental psychology, social work, or education. U.S. citizenship required.
