The Wage and Hour Division at DOL is hiring Summer 2026 Pathways interns to support investigators enforcing the Fair Labor Standards Act, FMLA, and prevailing wage laws. Interns will review investigative case files, perform back-wage calculations, assist with outreach materials to workers and employers, and help build dashboards tracking enforcement activity. Paid at GS-4/5. Onsite in Washington, DC with some regional office placements. Preferred backgrounds: economics, labor studies, public policy, accounting, or pre-law. U.S. citizenship required.
