Bureau of Reclamation Summer 2026 Water Resources Engineering Intern

Bureau of Reclamation is hiring Summer 2026 Pathways engineering interns to support hydraulic, civil, and structural engineers managing dams, canals, and hydropower facilities across the 17 western states. Interns will review dam safety monitoring data, support CAD drafting of rehabilitation projects in Civil 3D, run HEC-RAS hydraulic simulations, and assist with inspection reports on aging infrastructure. Paid at GS-4/5. Duty stations include Denver Technical Service Center, Sacramento, and Boise. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred majors: civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering.
