Department of Education Summer 2026 Pathways Policy Intern

The Department of Education Office of Planning, Evaluation and Policy Development is hiring Summer 2026 Pathways interns to support policy analysts working on Title I, IDEA, and postsecondary programs. Interns will review grantee monitoring reports, analyze data from EDFacts and the National Student Loan Data System, draft policy briefs, and help plan technical assistance convenings with state education agencies. Paid at GS-4/5. Hybrid in Washington, DC. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred coursework: education policy, public policy, economics, or quantitative methods.
