2026 Actuarial Summer Intern

Guardian Life's Actuarial Summer Internship is a 10-week program at Guardian's Bethlehem, PA campus. Interns join pricing, valuation, or ERM teams supporting life, disability, and dental products. Guardian offers a robust exam support program with paid study time, exam fee reimbursement, and promotion increases tied to SOA exam progression. The internship includes a capstone project, mentor pairing, executive speakers, and cohort networking. Candidates should have passed at least one SOA exam, be pursuing a bachelor's or master's in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics, and have a minimum 3.4 GPA. Return offers to Guardian's full-time Actuarial Leadership Development Program are common.
