2026 Actuarial Summer Intern

MassMutual's Actuarial Summer Internship is a 10-week program at the company's Springfield, MA headquarters. Interns are placed on pricing, valuation, risk management, or capital modeling teams across life insurance, disability, long-term care, and annuity product lines. MassMutual offers robust exam support: paid study hours, exam fees covered, and raises of $2,000-$5,000 per passed SOA exam. The program includes mentorship, executive speaker events, community service, and a capstone presentation. Requirements include at least one passed SOA exam, a minimum 3.3 GPA, and majors in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. High-performing interns return as Actuarial Development Program associates.
