2026 USAA Summer Intern - Actuarial

USAA's Actuarial Summer Internship is a 12-week paid program at USAA's San Antonio headquarters supporting P&C insurance pricing, reserving, catastrophe modeling, and enterprise risk management. USAA provides generous exam support: paid study hours, exam fees covered, and pay increases tied to SOA or CAS exam progression. Interns complete a capstone project, receive dedicated mentorship, and attend cohort networking events. Candidates should have passed at least one actuarial exam, have a minimum 3.3 GPA, and be pursuing a bachelor's or master's in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
