2026 Zurich North America Summer Internship - Underwriting

Zurich North America's Summer Internship - Underwriting is a 10-week paid program based primarily in Schaumburg, IL (Zurich's North American HQ) with select placements in New York and other regional offices. Interns join commercial underwriting teams across Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, or Specialty Lines, learning risk assessment, pricing, and broker engagement. The program includes formal underwriting training, mentorship, executive speakers, and a capstone project. Candidates should be rising seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, majoring in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
