2026 Arthur J. Gallagher Summer Intern - Broker Development

Arthur J. Gallagher's 2026 Summer Intern - Broker Development Program is a 10-week paid internship at AJG's Rolling Meadows, IL headquarters (with select placements in branch offices nationwide). Interns learn the insurance brokerage business by supporting producers on client account management, new business pitches, marketing submissions, and carrier relationships across commercial property & casualty, employee benefits, or risk management consulting. The program includes formal broker training, sales shadowing, executive speakers, and a final capstone. Candidates should be rising seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a major in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or Communications. High-performing interns are placed in AJG's full-time Summit Producer Training Program.
