2026 LPL Financial Summer Internship Program

LPL Financial's 2026 Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid program at LPL's San Diego, Fort Mill (SC), or Boston offices. LPL is the largest independent broker-dealer in the U.S. with over 23,000 advisors and $1.5 trillion in advisory and brokerage assets. Interns are placed across Advisory Services, Technology, Finance, Product, or Operations and contribute to initiatives supporting LPL's independent-advisor platform. The program includes formal training, mentor pairings, executive speaker series, and a final capstone presentation. Candidates should be rising seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA and majors aligned with the functional placement. Return offers to LPL's full-time Associate Program are common.
