Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op/Intern for Summer 2026 at its West Chester, Ohio facility. The position supports continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor, including time studies, line balancing, lean manufacturing kaizens, and capital project implementation. Interns will use data analytics to identify bottlenecks, design fixtures and tooling, and support new product introductions for low-voltage electrical distribution products. Minimum qualifications: pursuing a Bachelor's in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering; completed sophomore year or higher; proficiency in Excel and CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD; strong communication skills. Preferred: Six Sigma or Lean exposure, PLC familiarity. This is a paid onsite internship; Schneider does not sponsor work authorization for intern roles.
