Atlanta Braves 2026 Baseball Operations Trainee Program

The Atlanta Braves Baseball Operations Trainee Program is a year-long paid development role based at Truist Park. Trainees support the front office across scouting, player development, and research areas, with time spent on video coding, statistical analysis, advance-report preparation, and systems development. Each trainee is paired with a mentor on the baseball operations leadership team and rotates through projects spanning amateur and professional scouting as well as the major and minor league departments. Qualified applicants are recent graduates or current students in their final year of a bachelor's or master's program in statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, with proficiency in Python, R, or SQL and strong communication skills. The program begins in February 2026 and is paid at an annual salary of $46,000.
